Email Listener

1. In Developer Studio , Click on Configure -> Integration -> Email -> Email Wizard.
2. Select work type and starting flow.

3.  Configure email account and click Next. ( Refer to : Email wizard)

4.  Click Next to complete inbound email configuration.
